Kyle Adams
Kyle founded Nack with the mission of serving college students who are experiencing significant mental health challenges like he once did as a student. He was most recently the Chief Growth Officer of Muir Wood Adolescent and Family Services, an in-network, multi-site behavioral health provider that serves adolescents with mental health and substance use disorders. Prior to Muir Wood, Kyle was a healthcare investor at Avesi Partners, where he was the firm’s first employee and helped develop its behavioral health investment theses.
Kyle earned a BA in Philosophy from Wake Forest University, where he served as a member of the Board of Trustees.

Heather Russo, LMFT
Heather has worked with adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health, eating, and substance use disorders for over 18 years. She has been a clinical leader for several large programs, most notably as Chief Clinical Officer of Alsana. Heather has held other leadership roles at Muir Wood Adolescent and Family Services, The Renfrew Center, and La Ventana Treatment Programs.
Heather earned an MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, an MS in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Chico.

Kim Mackay, LCSW
Kim is a Senior Primary Therapist responsible for providing group, individual, and family / supportive other therapy to Nack clients. She most recently served as Director of Outpatient Services and Clinical Supervisor for Newport Healthcare, managing an IOP and PHP facility for adolescents with mental health and substance use disorders. Kim previously worked as Assistant Clinical Director at Boston Child Study Center – Los Angeles and a clinician for transitional-aged youth at Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services.
Kim earned an MSW from UCLA and a BA in Psychology from Princeton University. She was a member of the track & field and cross-country teams at Princeton and UCLA.

Dominique Williams, AMFT
Dominique is a Primary Therapist responsible for providing group, individual, and family / supportive other therapy to Nack clients. She most recently served as the Director of Training and Workplace Well-Being at Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP. Dominique previously worked as an MFT trainee at Exodus Recovery.
Dominique earned an MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a BA in Communications from UCLA.
